Getting Ready for the Big Event
Our CCA team, Spiritus, has been working hard to prepare for one of the most exciting moments of the school year: the Club Fair. We want our booth to reflect not just what we do, but who we are — a team passionate about community, service, and positive change. With that in mind, we spent the past few days planning and creating materials that will both inform and inspire new members.
At the center of our booth is a trifold display designed to showcase Spiritus’ journey so far. It features photos from past volunteer projects, short descriptions of our key activities, and highlights of the impact we’ve made in the community. We also included our club’s mission, goals for the year, and a glimpse into future plans — all presented clearly to help visitors understand what Spiritus stands for at a glance.
Designing and Decorating the Booth
Beyond the main poster, we prepared several informational sheets to display on the table. These include details about how to join, what new members can expect, and our partnerships with local organizations and social welfare centers. We wanted to go beyond just decoration — our goal was to make the booth feel welcoming, organized, and professional, so that anyone passing by would be curious to learn more.
Every team member played a role in the process. Some focused on designing the trifold’s layout and choosing the most impactful images, while others worked on gathering data, writing summaries, and printing materials. We also held group discussions about how to arrange our display, ensuring that everything — from the colors to the wording — reflects the spirit and energy of our club.
Building Excitement and Looking Ahead
Preparing for the Club Fair reminded us how essential teamwork and communication are in everything we do. It wasn’t just about creating posters or printing flyers — it was about coming together, sharing ideas, and building something we’re all proud of.
Now, with our booth ready and our plans in place, we’re looking forward to welcoming new members into the Spiritus family. We hope the Club Fair will not only help us grow as a team but also mark the beginning of another year filled with meaningful volunteer work, creative projects, and new opportunities to make a difference.
